Here I will write something about the personal projects at the intersection of history and information technology, which I dived into again since my retirement.

Some of them are old projects in the realm of book history (for example my articles about old bookbindings and information about the famous library of Tongerlo Abbey before 1796In Dutch instead of English, because most of the material for these items was already collected and written in Dutch a long time ago.), but others are more recent and more in the realm of 'code tinkering', like on how to use archival metadata standards, IIIF and creating LOD.

Because filling these project pages is a work in progress and not all of them are finished yet, some will stay behind a login for now, however, in case you are interested in more information on the above mentioned subjects, or want to share knowledge about them, please feel free to This email address is being protected from spambots.
